Is there a hire fee?

Currently, there is no hire fee for any area.

Are there minimum numbers required to book an area?
Yes, 60 for the Main Outdoor area and 50 for the Whole Cafe with 10 for Inside and Walk Way areas.
Can we have a drinks account on the day?

Yes, this is a good way to add extra's like soft drinks, juices, smoothies, coffee etc on the day. This account will need to be settled on the day with your main account. It can be organised via the booking form, via email or simply request on the day of the party/event.

What happens in the case of bad weather?
The party can still go ahead as we have plenty of undercover area. In extreme cases you will need to notify us before 8am on the day of the party and we can move it inside, space permitting.
Can I hire a jumping castle?

Yes, however this booking is to be done direct with the provider. Please refer to our Service Providers page for details.

Can I hire an external party entertainer?

Yes, also refer to our Service Providers page for some suggestions. Bookings are to be made direct with provider.

How many people do the platters cater for?

Please refer to our Menus for an indication, but this will vary as all parties have different needs.

Can we order more platters on the day of the party or Function?

No, unfortunately these need to be finalised the Sunday prior to your party or function (via the Confirm and Select form). However, anything from the current café menu can be ordered on the day (parties only). But please note that on busy days, orders may be delayed. It is preferrable that orders are completed via the form, so that our staff can prioritise.

Can we order from the cafe menu on the day?

Yes, but please note, that on busy days, meal orders can be delayed. It is preferrable that orders are completed via the form so that our staff can prioritise.

Do you supply water for the tables?
Yes, this is provided free of charge.
Can I bring my own water dispenser?

Yes, but note that water dispensers that require power cannot be used as this poses a safety issue. Also note we do supply tap water as required.

When do I need to decide the kids meal options?

Please choose your option from the Party Menu using the Confirm and Select form on the Sunday prior to the party.

Can I bring my own cake or cupcakes?

Yes, make your own or for suggestions please see our Service Providers page.

Do you have Gluten Free and Dairy Free options?
Yes, we can cater to most needs. Please indicate dietary requirements on the booking form.
Is what I ordered enough?
There is not a clear answer to this, as people have different eating requirements. Our catering menus provides an indication for average adult or child. As a guide, consider time of event, who is coming, is it a snack or a meal.
Do you have a minimum number for kids?

No, and no maximum, as long as total numbers fall within the cafe event area's constraints, found on the Party & Event page.

What colour tablecloths do you have?

We have pale pink, pink, pale blue, blue, bright green, dark green, light purple, purple, yellow, red, black, white & brown, they are a plastic. You are welcome to bring your own, please let us know the Monday prior to the party via the booking form.

Can I bring my own nibbles and snacks?

No, we are a café and should be able to cater for your requirements. Please just ask us if it's not on our current menu when you Confirm and Select, we may be able to help.

Can we stay longer then 4pm?

Yes, if you have an afternoon booking then you are welcome to use the playground facilities as this remains open. However, we close our services at 4pm.

Can I buy your Party Platters to take away?
Yes, we just need 6 days notice for orders. Use the Party Menu to select your platter.
